Q. What material is the sidewalk in question? Asphalt, Concrete or Brick?.
A. Concrete
Q. Please describe the issue of the problem with sidewalk.
A. All uneven, a tripping hazard, more so on the right and side. It is bad enough grass and plants are growing between the cracks. Some owners weed them.
Q. Damage enough to be a hazard?
A. Yes
Q. Has anyone been injured?
A. Not that I am aware of.
