My neighbors and I have contacted Excel numerous times regarding the street light that is just east of the traffic light at the intersection of Coalton and Rock Creek Circle. The light bulb was replaced and now the light shines directly into our building to the point where the insides of our homes are completely illuminated at night. Please help us!
