I live aceoss the street ftom this lot and am wondering if the owner didnt park his own vehichle in his own property to keep people from disobeying the "No trespassing" signs, vevause I've seen other vehicles parking there despite th signs. In this vehicle is clearly not in the right-of-way of the sidewalk. There are other people on our street who park directly in the right of way, but this guy isn't one of them.
