Description
Truck in back yard has expired tags and does not run. Lot is overgrown and has dead or dangerous trees. Debris all over property including wood packing pallets reported almost two years ago. Squirrel infestation in attic - this has been going on for approx 4 years. Very concerned about rodents on property. Nothing was done after this property was cited more than a year ago and now the property has deteriorated even more.

The gutters have all fallen off and left where they fell.
The lot is completely overgrown with ivy and weeds.
Basically the property is a shambles and neither the owners or the occupants seem capable of maintaining their property to a livable level, much less fitting in with what the subdivision of Lenox Place has become.

Nothing has been done to clean up the garbage on the property. Nothing has been done to illuminate the overgrowth.

The out of date sticker is 18 months past. This is a violation of the law. Why hasn't CoD resolved this issue? I will go through the city manager's office and the mayor until this is resolved and the truck is removed.

NOTE - this same issue with the same truck was reported 2 years ago. Again, nothing done to uphold the codes established but CoD.

Still 181 days and nothing.
Yet, when I had work done on my house, fully permitted work, and had a dumpster in front of my house code enforcement got me within one hour of the dumpster being placed because I did not have a permit displayed. Go figure. I pay a whole lot of taxes in the city and have for 30 years and I’m constantly improving and upgrading my property and this is what they do.
The dead truck has a tag sticker from March of 2016.

Feels like we have a whole lot of city officials drawing a paycheck and doing nothing.
Meghan - I've emailed Hardnett, Merriss and Saxon on this issue - as well as other issues on Lansdowne and nothing.
Zip.
Nada.

Contacted city manager’s office - nothing. Contacted code enforcement - nothing.
Contacted mayor - nothing.
Not even a reply.
At this point the dead truck is now TWO YEARS out of registration.
Wish I could not do my job and get paid for it like these folks.
