judy court is a road of king mountain north carolina that belongs to gaston county. The road is in such need of major repair. The road will wash out with mud causing very limit traction. Fire or rescue vehicles cannot even come to some homes. The county sent out letters saying they would repair it but it was very costly to everyone in the area. We were told we can and would be criminal charged if addresses were not placed on homes, yet they call the road a private drive. A neighbor passed away in her residence a few years ago and she was carried from her home by medical help that walked to her home because of the road. Now the county is declaring it a private drive but how can that be when the are over the road?
