A ten day warning notice has been issued and the derelict vehicle process will continue to either the vehicle is abated or the police department will issue summons and then we will tow it.

A ten day derelict vehicle notice has been issued to the Ford Explorer. The derelict vehicle process will continue with an re-inspection of the property in 10 days and if the vehicle was not abated a summons for court will be issued. The municipal judge will eventually issue a seizure notice for the vehicle if not corrected.

There is now another car at same place. Vehicle is not running.

The current vehicle in the driveway has been issued a 10 day notice.

The vehicle at 102 S. Hartnett has been issued a summons for Failure to Abate a Nuisance and given a court date of October 24, 2017. If the defendant does not get an extension on his court appearance, the Judge could issue a seizure warrant for the vehicle and we will tow it. At some point, either the owner or the police department will tow the vehicle if it does not satisfy the ordinance.
