An initial notice was sent to the owner of 155 West Main Street and as there has been no attempt at correction a citation was sent today.

It has been month nothing has been done why doesn't forestry just cut them down and send Bill to owner

Unfortunately the bank sold the property to a third-party two weeks ago in an auction for foreclosure. We have been unable to verify the new owner. Hopefully we can get the bushes trimmed next week.

Been 11 days any chance the forestry can cut down bushes before labor day and just send the new owner bill or put lean on house

We have attempted to work with the new owner through the bank's attorney to no avail. The city will be trimming the shrubs on both West Main and Gibbon at the new owner's expense before the weekend. Please note again that the correct address is 155 West Main Street not 143 West Main.

Ty for getting them cut according to code aren't bushes suppose to be 3 feet high you still can't see if anyone coming down sidewalk why can't forestry just cut them to ground or at least 3 feet high

The city cleared the shrubs back from the sidewalk and the new owner has taken possession and will be cutting the shrubs down to proper size shortly.

I see the bushes have not been cut down to proper size it is still dangerous to pull out on to rte 20 or if someone walking or riding bike down the side walk u can't see them time for city to cut them down send a bill to owner we have this site it seems to me there is no follow up
