Rodents have multiplied in rear yard and alley @ 46 Quincy PL NE because property owners do not put trash and recycle cans in the alley for pick up on Wednesdays which is the scheduled pickup day by DPW. These containers have been sitting inside the back yard for weeks full and/or overflowing with trash and garbage and are attracting a host of rodents and flies. Please send an abatement officer or inspector to investigate this situation. Thank you.
