THIS YARD LOOK TERRIABLE THE HOMEOWNER HAS ALLOWED THE WEEDS TO GROW UPSIDE THE HOUSE , WHICH CAUSES THE NEIGHBOR TO LOOK REALLY BAD. THE GRASS HASN'T BEEN CUT IN MONTHS , THIS IS ASHAME TO STAY IN A NICE NEIGHBORHOOD AND ONE HOME OWNER ALLOWS THIS TO HAPPEN, WE CAN'T KEEP OUR COMMUNITY BEAUTIFUL, IF WE ALLOW THE HOME OWNER ACCOUNTABLE FOR THEIR PROPERTY
