This issue has NOT been fixed. PLEASE review this address again. There IS as of this date discarded carpet padding, a refrigerstor and many other items in the driveway and alley.

I second Kelly's comments. More trash and household items are being discarded each time I pass by this property. This property is home to able-bodied residents who are strong enough to remove large items from the home, but apparently
not motivated to properly remove or dispose of them.

The previous case was closed because only the brush was in violation at that time. The owner removed it so I closed out case. The Inspector has opened up another sanitation case. The next inspection is the second week of Aug. I will update then.

The owner did not sign for certified mail. The Inspector posted and publish in Metro News today. This bumps the next inspection out 10 more days.
