Description

Half a dozen large tents preventing ADA-dictated mobility requirements along entire east side sidewalk on Shotwell between 18th and 19th. Requisite filth, human waste, public substance abuse, littering, and bicycle chop shops operating in plain view of school.

Ongoing situation, first reported in April 2017. City has done zero work since then to resolve the situation.

Also, case was reported previously and repeatedly closed by 311 without any actual work being done by the City, and ultimately "archived" so it could no longer be re-opened (see link here: https://seeclickfix.com/issues/3367700-homeless-concerns). This fraudulent act has been reported to appropriate City authorities. Please co not "close" this issue unless you actually do the work to fix it.
