Description

This is a on going problem. This bar at 427 Pembrook allows its customer to drink in the streets sidewalks ect. They throw all their trash in the street like its just a huge trash can. This bar needs to have a city inspection from zoning to food prep-liquor license-ect. It's crazy what goes on.
