I agree. How can it be that Jersey City issues building permits, high-rises are completed and filled with residents and yet there are still no sidewalks or parking regulations in place? It is completely absurd and an indication of the dysfunction in this city. The development has been approved for many years. Why are there no sidewalks and no parking regulations for the hundreds of vehicles parked halfway up Hoboken Ave and on the sidewalks on Coles Street? Where is the planning? Where is enforcement?
