I will send an inspector out to check on this. Also, vacant lot should be assigned to Michael Lobue of Housing Code. I am going to reassign this to him as well. However, an inspector will be out to make sure it is a vacant lot and about the tree.

Why was the matter closed? I spoke with Larry Capolli on 7/17 who went to the site. He advise he was going to city hall to determine who own this lot that was filled with garbage, rats, debris, mosquito and dead trees. What was the outcome of this search and who is responsible to remove the trees and debris? I also sent him a map from the city website that shows the lot as 15004 and part of the now muncipal lot on Montgomery shown as lot 15, this is part of a map for Mcginley sq east redevelopment plan and boundary. What is the next step with this matter? Thank you

Larry Cappoli will issue violations. and they have 30 days to abate. If not, we will issue a summons to court.

Please note that this morning i was visited by Fausto Garcia with the city. He was sent out by Ed Coleman his boss. I was able to clearly show him what the problem was. Not sure if Fausto and Larry are working with the same department or not. May I ask who is the owner of this lot in question? My review of the city website shows it part of the municipal lot off of Montgomery street. As i pointed out to Fausto this morning. Thank you for you continued work to clear this matter up.

The owner of the property is Dwayne Skeet. His mailing address is the same as the property address.

Here is a map showing the location in question. We are dealing with the area listed as 15004 which appears to be a part of the municipal lot listed as 15. Thank you for your continued assistance with this issue.

Inspector Garcia and Inspector Capolli are handling this. Please call them early in the morning about 7:30 at 201-547-4825. They have been working on this. They will hand in their reports and I will update the See Click Fix.

As per Ed Coleman, the violation is actually 711 Montgomery and we have a file. A violation was issued and we are scheduled for reinspection 9/11/2017.

So noted. I would appreciate this matter remaining open until such time the issue is actually addressed and resolved. Could someone please call me to advise me of the official block# , lot # and owners information for the lot in question. Thank you for the update.

It comment is just to document the amount of leaves falling from these dying trees also the on going mosquito infestation. I did speak with Mr Coleman yesterday who provided a status. I will follow up in September as we discussed. Just an FYI to anyone effective. The lot in question at 711 Montgomery st (block 15004 lot 15) is own by Rescore Montgomery LLC at one town center road #600 Boca Raton fl 33486

This note is just to document my follow up on this matter. I called this morning to speak with Ed Coleman as a follow up on the scheduled re-inspection on 9/11/17. I spoke with Valerie who spoke with Mr Coleman who advised me the matter was awaiting a court date. I was advised to check back in a week for the court date information. Thank you

Spoke wiht Brad in Ed Coleman's office this morning who advised the court date is set for 11/8/17 in the court house on summit. The docket # for the case is SF 330492. Thank you
