Came upon the dogs around 2:20 at the end of the Livingston St extension just before Whitney Ave. Animal control arrived and said he had been after them for awhile. He had an extension pole with an attached collar and was in hot pursuit when I left the scene.

As soon as you see them call animal control 203 946-8110. They do not monitor this site because they do not have internet access so they do not see these posts. After calling you can post so others can be on the lookout.
