BLIGHT ISSUE *** 75 PRIMROSE AVENUE BPT *** DISCARDED GARBAGE BAGS & RATS RUNNING AROUND OUT OF GARBAGE BAGS.There are piles of green garbage bags that are in front of this house, not on the street, but on their front yard ripped open and they can be there for weeks on in with garbage strewn and rats running in and out of the garbage bags, and not to mention the over filled trash receptacles provided by the city, over filled as they do not put out the trash on a weekly basis either, and their consistent bottles and other litter they throw in the street.Yes there is a multitude of persons living in this tiny one family home, and it is plain to see the actual people renting the house, also rent out rooms as well as their basement to different persons, so this will create an overabundance of garbage. Please help with this situation as it is not pleasant to witness nor sanitary. Attached picture has the rats behind the bags and does not show the severity of the blight at this property on any given day. Thank you in advance for any help that can be provided.
