Sprinklers at street are watering the sidewalk and the street and getting on cars leaving nasty water spots. They need to be fixed to only water the grass without over spraying and wasting water and damaging cars paint jobs.

As crazy as it sounds, retaliation is the only thing we've ever experienced from our complaints.
The rules do not seem to apply living in this charter city.
