Alley repaving is currently in progress in the 400 b/o Madison St NE. I just arrived at home to find that workers came on my property unannounced and unauthorized, left materials and work gloves in my driveway, and unsecured my fence leaving the gate open which allowed my dog to get loose. Fortunately, I was able to get the dog after running down the unpacked alley! I would appreciate a follow up to this complaint. Thank you.
