119 db loud manhole cover on S. Redondo in front of 1801 S. Redondo BLVD. I have reported this many times to pd and ladwp on the phone and in person. I started reporting this three years ago but still stay awake listining to it every night. Go Die in a Ditch policy makers for sure as I have reported it to the city managers office & even the mayor got an email about it. I doubt this will work at all.
