Last year the home owner "landscaped" the public right-of-way in front of the home. In doing so he raised the "driveway" portion of the public land as well as having installed landscape timbers everywhere. So now the rain water does not drain. There is a drain immediately next his mailbox but none of the storm runoff makes it there as it should which causes 2 problems: One-the water on the sidewalk backs up as far a three properties to the west and makes walking hell as the water is from ankle to sole deep and Two - a large puddle collects in front of the property. Timbers need removal and the rest has to graded properly.
