This culvert allowing stormwater runoff to Mill Creek has suffered major damage. The road is still passable, but the culvert will wash out with continued stormwater runoff.

This culvert frequently sees well over half capacity during a normal rain event. Erosion will effortlessly continue to happen during future rain events, only increasing repair costs from this date until it is repaired.
