I have not seen any feedback on this issue beyond it's assignment to Monte Lester. Still an open item from my viewpoint.

I know this is a big question for many Dunwoody residents; I believe per EPA law, those tanks should have been removed prior to any new development.

This is the vacant lot at the intersection of Mount Vernon Road & Chamblee Dunwoody Road correct? I will check into this now & keep you all posted. Per my visit, there are no holding tanks still onsite. I am working with United Rentals to remove the portable bathroom still onsite as soon as possible. Please let me know if anyone has any other concerns/issues. Thank you and have a great day.

Thank you for your site visit and reply. Our concern was the possibility of the petroleum tanks remaining after site clearance.

Mr. Lester - It appears that the portable bathroom is not only still there, but has be relocated on the property. maybe another call to United Rentals is in order.

From my understanding the property has been bought, so recent activity onsite has been apparent. I will continue to monitor the lot to see if the portable bathroom needs to be returned to its rightful owner (United Rentals previously stated that it did not belong to them). Thank You.
