A. I'm not positive, but I think there's been a lane designation change since recent construction, and I'm not sure if it's temporary or not. I believe the Westbound lanes used to be designated L turn only, straight or R turn, and R turn only. The R turn only lane gets severely backed up at rush hr. and other times throughout the day (I work in Loring Park, 15th & LaSalle). I'm talking, all the way back to Spruce St. If it's a change in lane use, there was no signal change sign with flags. My point is this: the sign off the R curb isn't very visible until too late. People are turning R from the middle lane when people in the R turn lane don't expect it (causing near crashes nearly every day round 5p). PLEASE paint the lanes clearly. Please make the middle lane straight OR R turn.) Thanks!
