Description

There is no asphalt berm on this side of the street (there is an asphalt berm on the opposite side) so when it rains the water from the street drains onto the property and has created a ditch (up to 11 in deep in some spots) along the length of the property frontage. The ditch is deep enough that you can see the multiple layers of the road.
