Hi Joyce, We are tiring to get Amtrak on board with us on this issue. We have called and spoke to them and hopefully they'll get out there and clean that stuff up. Because we don't have any access to the tracks. Lets wait and see what they're going to do to clean it up and if not give us a call back...Thanks for reporting
