This happen everywhere in Sharon Hill, on Chester Pike, Calcon Hook Road, the parking lot at the old Acme. I've even had the pedestrians CHALLENGE me by walking directly at my car. It seems that when the PA legislature gave pedestrians the right of way, when crossing the street AT a controlled intersection, AND when crossing WITH the light, not against the light, AND using the cross light, when at the intersection, MOST pedestrians think they always have the right of way!
