Q. Please describe the issue
A. 33 Henry Harris street is installing an above ground pool It appears to be extremely close to the property line of 25 Henry Harris Street. Additionally, there is no fencing around the pool and I believe the ordinance is that an above ground pool needs to have a fence around it at least 4 feet high and have a self closing gate, which it does not. It appears the installers are filling the pool with water, with the number of small children in the neighborhood, it is a safety concern.
