Description
Backyard has numerous large plastic white buckets (approx. 10) about the yard. Plastic garbage bag hanging on trampoline. Yard not completely mowed; Debris and long weeds everywhere. Neighboring yard also has not less than 10 large plastic buckets. All of these bucket are upright and collecting water. They have been there numerous weeks.
