We are looking into who is responsible for your concerns. Fire hydrants are not maintained by Highways. Storm drain stenciling is not done by the County. It is a community/volunteer project. If you would like to coordinate storm drain stenciling on the 2 County roads, please contact our Right-of-Way Management Division at 410-222-7344.

Thank you for responding. We will contact about the storm drains, the hydrants are fine it's the red no parking line that is faded and gone. Please let me know the outcome of the ADA-handicap pairing throughout the two county lines in EL. Let me know about red parking line as well. Thanks again!

Anne Arundel County does not paint curbs red in front of hydrants and has asked community associations to discontinue doing so. Our Infrastructure Management Division will investigate the handicap ramps for ADA compliance. They will be in contact with you.
