Thanks for the picture.I have complained about this as well. I believe it is a homeowners issue and hope that a citation is issued to make this an urgent issue as it is such a hazard for all those who frequently walk this street.

Seems that if it is in the street and in the wires as well it becomes a city or GA Power issue. We had a large tree that fell across W College years ago and the city took care of it.

Yes, but another whole tree fell from this property 6 months ago and damaged neighbor's fence and car. Owner of tree was cited for having dead trees thus endangering others.
