Two of them ended up coming back to claim this bike and I was there with the police who stopped and searched them. They were juveniles so I'm not sure what the outcome is.

They also stole the bike of a homeless man who had it locked outside o'tooles. It had just been given to him by the church. Felt really bad as he was explaining to his friend on the phone that the church would not believe him that it was stolen. I did not want to promise anything there but the Officer got his number and I was thinking we could find the guy another bike. This trek has a devil's gear sticker on it btw.

There is really no such things as "boys doing teenage things" in New Haven anymore. These are most likely street gang members, and they are all over the city - Beaver Hill, Westville, Edgewood, Downtown, East Rock, Fair Haven, etc.
