Construction fence blown over in the storm Sunday night. Still has not been fixed. Exposed holes, dangerous materials, etc. no formal construction sign so can't contact contractor. This is a recurring issue.

I34 dispatched to the address to investigate a 311-complaint regarding construction without permits / secure site. At the time of the investigation I34 notice that this address had already been red tag on Friday 7/14/2017 for the same thing secure construction chain-link fence. This address also has an active PRJ# and all the required permits have been paid. This 311 task is now closed.
City Engineer tagged the property on 7/14/17 with the following as closing notes: Contractor contacted on 7/14/17. All fencing will be removed from the ROW today. Inspector will monitor for compliance. No additional action required. This case is closed.
