It is absolutely unsafe to make a left turn from north & southbound 352/Sproul. King Street flow has a separate sequence for Westbound and Eastbound allowing safe left turns. It should be the same for 352 North & Southbound, or at least extended greens to allow for safe left turns. The last time the DOT put up 4-Way Stop Signs for some construction project, traffic flowed much better than it does with the existing timing on the lights. maybe we could do with one less expensive stop light.
