Yes, I wish there was some way to contact the management of 311 to discuss this. There are a whole bunch of us trying to keep this complaint alive, and at the other end, all the city wants to do is close it out. I would say it was all about consolidating all the complaints, but after more than a month, they have done nothing. I don't get it.

Ya know, this is just soooo SF. No plan to insure follow-up, but an overly earnest effort at truth in labeling.

Hey SF311, what is acknowledged? The fact that when you close an issue, we just reopen it because you have not done a single thing about it?
