this is at the passes only exit on the west end of the City State parking garage it has been filled before but is reforming a new hole because they don't take the debris out of the hole first several large chunks have separated and are trying to dislodge themselves from the pavement it is a major issue as this is where the readers for the automatic gate are embedded and water just puddles up here need to rework the asphalt so the water flows off into the trees instead of vice versa
