Description

There is a yellow bucket at the edge of the backyard of 8 Graham next to the garage/shed just next to the alleyway. It has been there for at least two weeks and is clearly filled with feces. Not only is the stench disgusting, but I'm sure the health/disease risk is worse. And it is covered with flies. It needs to be disposed of ASAP.
