This guy is clearly mentally troubled and and should not be across the street from a children's play ground. Who knows if he is on Magan's list or worse.

I don't understand why the City won't address this issue?!?! Besides the accumulation of garbage, this clearly presents a danger to the children that play in the park as well as the citizens that have to line up for a casual carpool ride into the city to get to their jobs. Oakland please respond!
