The City is currently restructuring the way sidewalk repairs are handled. After the end of the month when this restructure occurs, the department will be examining all sidewalk issues in the City. We will continue to keep you updated on this area.

When is the next round of sidewalk maintenance?

Our Department is meeting this week to discuss the sidewalk repair plan, will update as information becomes available.

Does this include the sidewalks on Prestwood Dr. those were reported over two years ago and again last year.

We are working with SCDOT to have the Prestwood Drive sidewalk repaired. Will updated you as information becomes available.

How about the lack of sidewalk on Marlboro ave? They surveyed months ago, where are we in this process? The funds were approved in August or September of 2016 what's the hold up?

The project on Marlboro Ave is a SCDOT project, not City of Hartsville. Recently reviewed plans but currently, there is not time table for commencement of the project.

I don't care about Marlboro Ave. , what about 530 E. Home Ave ?

The side walk will be addressed during the next round of sidewalk maintenance.

And when will that be ?

This issue should be resolved by the end of next week, weather permitting.
