Several low hanging branches on 32nd Street between Chesterfield st and New Kent. Also, (when facing street lamp) branches to the left of it interfere and block the light at night.

Also, to be clear, this is different from the street light at the corner of Chesterfield and 32nd. Instead, this is the street light across from the alley entrance off of 32nd, across from the block between 32/31 and chesterfield/New Kent.
I've attached some pictures to show the trees that are blocking light and/or hanging low in the street.
