Intersection is blocked between South Frontage Road and Park Street. Timing of traffic light needs to be fixed!

This is caused by the light at Dwight Street which backs up traffic from Howe to Park and beyond. Where did the 4 million in Federal money go for traffic light timing repairs????????????
