Street light located at 932 Shadow Creek Dr is still out. I have a disability and need the light at night, I’ve fallen once after stumbling in the dark

Please fix light, it’s been since July that it was reported. The city of Stockton doesn’t give me 3 months to pay local taxes and fees .
