Description

When traveling westbound on Montecito Blvd and making a left turn onto Mission in the early AM, 3-5 AM, the left turn lane light takes an excessive amount of time to change even with no oncoming cars, up to 5 min. I've used this turn lane at that time for 2 years and in the recent months something has changed because it has never taken this long, even if commute time. Please adjust timing.
