Description

Hello, please have someone check the signal timing at the intersection of Lynnhaven Pkwy and Primrose Ln. Sometimes in the early mornings, it seems to be on a timer instead of sensors and cycles through all directions even without any cross traffic present, even cycling through left arrows.
