The app was a bit wonky, so some of the info i input was lost, as well as an incorrect neighborhood listing. This seems to be an abandoned car, it's been ticketed quite a few times, has flat tires, etc. This is located in JC Heights, in front of 913 Summit Ave (not Union City). Thanks.
