The city did follow up on this issue. This is AT&T. They had made a repair with AT&T wires and never returned to fill in the hole. David Fink in public works did notify AT&T on this issue. Thank you.
Thank you, This does not belong to the City. AT&T has wires below plate. The City has been in touch with AT&T on this issue several times. The City will reach out to David Fink again.
Thank you. We have made progress! Permits are being filed as we speak for lane closure for repairs to this manhole. AT&T is making the repairs. Thier contracting is assuring us that it will be within the next few weeks.
A Right-of-Way permit was submitted on April 9th to repair the roadway, This permit was issued for 189 days. We are waiting on a response from AT&T.
Thank you!
We were just informed the street is going to be broken up and re-done. AT&T will make repairs at that time. We are waiting for more details. Thank you!
No updates as of yet from AT&T. This is not a city issue. We are in communication with AT&T on this issue. As we mentioned the street is due to be broken up & at that time they will make the necessary repairs. Will keep our consumer updated. Thank you for your patience.
If I’m not mistaken Rosemary is a city street. Can the city of West Palm Beach fix the street and then bill AT&T? This condition has been there for years! It needs to be corrected!!
Thank you! Just spoke with Engineering Services Coordinator. This has been a long on-going issue. AT&T pulls permits up to 6 months prior. Within the next month or two the repairs should be made and then the City will repave.
Not that we are aware. They have assured us that is a w.o. is pending.
Permits were pulled in September. They are good up to 6 months.
This is a AT&T issue. Thank you!
