The damaged roof has been noted in the city files as a Zoning complaint as of 1-15-13. Zoning complaints can be tracked on the Burlington City Web site on the City Assessor’s link to this property's permit history.

Zoning complaints require a written signed statement from the complainant per ordinance. Complainants receive determination letters from the Code Enforcement office when signed written complaints are submitted. As this complaint is "anonymous" no determination letters can be sent unless our office receives the request.

The SeeClickFix complaint is now closed however the zoning complaint folder will remain in “investigation” or “violation” status in the city database until resolved.

A photo from before the 2012 housing inspection will be attached followed by the current photo to document the property owner's maintenance efforts to date.
