Excessive trash along the Anacostia Freeway North and South Bound service lanes from the DC/MD line to East Capitol Street. Trash is especially heavy at Nannie Helen Burroughs Avenue and the CSX train overpass and viaduct.

The issue is that the debris is committed mostly by individuals who do not live in the area and should be on the INTERSTATE LITTERING LIST AND DISTrICT (DPW schedules. Instead, there appears to be "a passing of the buck' as to who is responsible. By now, I hope that both departments know the problem and it is hoped that the same consideration that is given to others areas will be given in this case. . CAN THRE BE A SHARED RESPONSIBILITY OF THIS AREA? A PART OF BOTH SCHEDULES.?
Mr. Bostic was helping with this and now it appears that nothing is being done. Please, Please help us!
