Description

I reported a lot of graffiti in the arroyo just north of the Juan Tabo Library and south of Brussels on both sides of Juan Tabo, including gang-related, obscenities, and terrorist-related graffiti a few months back but it has never been cleaned. It is really bad and needs to be cleaned as soon as possible. I have taken 2 pictures of it, but the worst graffiti is under the Juan Tabo overpass inside the arroyo. Thank.you.
