Description

A company by the name of NPL has been doing excavation work in our neighborhood. I am not sure if it is for the city or for a utility company. Yesterday, there was a large drilling machine on my front parking area, which has damaged the curb and the lawn. I trust that this company will be required to make the necessary repairs.
