Community Development has a current notice issued to the owner(s) for violations of the City's Grass and Weed Ordinance. This ordinance only requires the cutting of grass or weeds over 8 inches in height and consume an abundance of the yard. Please be advised, we cannot require the removal of vines growing on homes, fence rows, etc., nor can we require trimming of trees, bushes, shrubs, bamboo, ornamentals, ivy or fence rows nor can require trimming of sidewalks / driveways.
